Rothstone Estates is consulting on proposals for Saxon Park, the new local retail and commercial centre to serve the Overstone Leys new community and existing neighbouring villages. Before a planning application is submitted, they would like to know what the local community thinks of the plans

Before a planning application is submitted for the site in the coming weeks, we would like to know what the local community thinks of the proposals. A Neighbourhood Development Plan has been prepared by Overstone Parish Council and the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group with the involvement of people living or working in the area.
